Learning Environment

 

We have had extensive work completed over the summer holiday in the KS1 building.  From a redundant space we have created a disabled access and toilet facilities.  Incorporated into this space is a teacher's working area and a children's group activity area as well as valuable art storage.

 

At Bonnygate we have begun improvements to the learning environment.  Staff and pupils have worked hard to improve the classrooms and other areas of the school ensuring that they support learning.

 

We are very fortunate to have such large and attractive grounds. We have begun to develop these outdoor areas further. The site manager and grounds maintenance team have been working hard to improve the front aspect of the school. We are also further developing the Foundation Stage outside area and Key Stage 2 nature garden. The development of the grounds will be an on-going project, making best use of the great site that we have at Bonnygate.

 

 

 

Healthy Schools

 

As part of our continuing commitment to Healthy Schools, Bonnygate is proud to have recently received the Active Mark in recognition of the high quality PE and extra-curricular sports activites that we offer.
