Clubs and Actitivies
At Bonnygate, we are always developing our range of clubs and activities for children. Once the new academic year has got started, we will list the clubs available here. As a guide, these are the extra-curricular activities that have been held over recent months ...
Netball, girls football, boys football, tag rugby, choir, early morning reading and numeracy groups, guitar lessons, multi-sports club, badminton, cricket, athletics and booster clubs.

Bonnygate also takes part in numerous local sporting events, such as cross country, athletics, football and netball matches. We are very fortunate indeed to have a large sports field which is very well used for PE and games. We also have a cricket strip for use in the summer months. All KS2 children have swimming lessons at The Ockendon School.
Each class is represented on the School Council by an elected pupil - each member of the School Council represents the views of their class at a monthly meeting.
KS2 children have the opportunity of joining the school choir and representing Bonnygate at local Music Festivals. They can also choose to join the recorder group. Year 2 children all take part in the local Infants Music Festival. |
